O...This website can Create Gif as well..

Just click on the Browse then choose your photos.

Animation speed:medium (should be better than fast and slow)

If want to fix the GIF size just click on the [ Advanced Options ]

then you will see the "Resize Images" click on the  "to biggest"

Or click on the "custom" to create your own size "GIF"

Everything Okay then click"Create GIF"
